John Gidding – architect, designer and host of HGTV’s popular do-it-yourself programs “Curb Appeal” and “Curb Appeal: The Block” – can help you take your home’s public appearance from ho-hum to sexy, during the Chicago Flower & Garden Show, presented by Mariano’s, at Navy Pier.

John Gidding will present on the show’s “Gardening Live” stage on Thursday, March 20 at noon and 2 p.m. and on Friday, March 21 at noon. He’ll offer easy-to-implement, cost-effective ideas for creating an inviting pedestrian path, making your front door a powerful and welcoming focal point and much more. His presentations are free with show admission, so grab your notebook, bring your questions and get ready to spruce up for spring!

The Chicago Flower & Garden Show, presented by Mariano’s, blooms on Navy Pier daily, from March 15-23. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both Sundays, and Monday through Wednesday; and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
