Halloween is Here! | Navy Pier

We’ve been talking about it all month long and Halloween is finally here!

If you haven’t come down to the Pier yet to party at our Really Big Halloween Party, today is your very last chance! And you really don’t want to miss out on today’s celebrations because we’re ending things with a big bang!

Don’t miss out on all on the activity happening in Gateway Park, right outside Navy Pier’s front door! There’s a free petting zoo with lots of friendly animals, hayrides (haven’t you always dreamed of taking a hayride with the beautiful Chicago skyline as your backdrop?), fire spinning shows by Pyrotechniq and performances of Houdini’s Dreaded Upside-Down Water Chamber Escape.  Plus, take a ride on a camel, alpaca or a pony.

Check out our All Day Dance Party in the Family Pavilion. It’ll be hard not to sing and dance along to the Monster Mash and other spooky tunes!

Want to know what your future holds? Visit the fabulous Madam Rishi on Dock Street for a fortune telling session.

Witness the spectacle of Frank E. Stein, the Champion Unicycle Rider, during his afternoon shows and make sure you stick around for the amazing Chicago magician, Dennis Watkins, as he performs Harry Houdini’s infamous Upside-Down Water Chamber Escape Trick during two nightly shows!

The Living Marionettes and Animal Creatures will be creating quite the spectacle on the “They’re Alive!” Stage; expect to see some of the performers roaming through Pier Park throughout the day!

And if you want a little souvenir to take home from the big day, stop by the Monsters & Melodies Stage where Artistic Gorilla Productions will be creating Zombie Portraits!

We’ve also got Trick-or-Treating throughout Navy Pier for children 12 and under! Stop by with the kids between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. to take part in everybody’s favorite Halloween tradition. Get that Halloween pail ready and fill it to the brim with candy from Ferrara Candy Company and iCandylicious!

We can’t wait to see you today! Happy Halloween!
