Connections are the best to have, especially in the business world. It can seem hard to find these connections and is usually harder for minorities more so than anyone else. As a result, Navy Pier will host the Chicago Business Opportunity Fair.
This event will promote business relationships between minority-owned companies and major buying organizations. Chicago Business Opportunity Fair has been around since 1967 and originally began as Chicago Business Opportunity Day and, in 1969, evolved into CBOF.
This year will be the 45th CBOF! There are 1,300 certified minority-owned businesses and 250 buying organizations. This event is a channel for business partnerships between minority business, America and government agencies. Given the unparalleled networking, this is one event you will not want to miss!
Those planning to attend CBOF’s event should expect to receive many business enhancement opportunities throughout the duration of the fair. Workshops are open for anyone to attend as is the the Welcome Reception. There is no reason to leave without a new plan, or learn how to better your business.
On the last day of the CBOF there will be a speed dating-inspired event to assist in matching up corporate buyers and global trade commissioners. There is also a farewell dinner dance where top annual honors will be awarded.
We can go on and on, but we would love for you to come enjoy this experience for yourself! It is one to be told!
Hope you are coming out to expand you business opportunities!
