Odyssey’s Thanksgiving Cruises | Navy Pier

You may love your Grandma, but let’s face it, heading to her house every year for Thanksgiving and eating the same food year after year can get a little old. And I bet if you asked your Grandma, she’d admit she’s pretty tired of preparing the annual Thanksgiving feast, too.

So give Grandma a break this year and surprise her with a new kind of Thanksgiving celebration aboard an Odyssey Cruise!

Two cruises will set sail from Navy Pier on Thanksgiving Day.

The first, a Thanksgiving Lunch Cruise, will begin boarding at 1:45 p.m. and cruise from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. And the second, the day’s Thanksgiving Dinner Cruise, will board at 6 p.m. and sail from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Both Thanksgiving Cruises will feature a wonderful buffet menu. Start with salad: either the light and refreshing Strawberry and Pecan Salad or the traditional Caesar Salad. From there, load up on Hickory-Smoked Ham and Walnut-Crusted Turkey Breast over a Wild Mushroom Stuffing. And don’t skimp on all the yummy sides: Sweet Creamy Corn, String Beans, and everyone’s favorite, Cheddar Cheese Mashed Potatoes! And of course there will be dessert! Pick your favorite from the Odyssey Dessert Buffet.

Plus, if you join Odyssey on their Dinner Cruise, you’ll be treated to great DJ Entertainment and we bet Grandma loves to cut a rug!

Tickets for Thanksgiving Day Cruises can be purchased online. At time of purchase you can also opt to add a number of great amenities to your Odyssey Cruise experience from Filet Mignon to Champagne to a framed Remembrance Photo!

Can’t make it out on Thanksgiving, but still want to show your out-of-town guests a good time?

Buy tickets for one of Odyssey’s Champagne Brunch or Dinner Cruises the weekend after Thanksgiving! Your guests will enjoy several hours of lake cruising in addition to a wonderful meal; it’ll be an experience they won’t soon forget!
